General Terms of Sale

Any order implies acceptance of the general terms of sale defined below:

Orders

Orders, whether for standard or custom materials, are binding on the customer. Once production has started, no cancellations or modifications will be accepted. Orders must be placed via the website, by phone, or by email.

Prices

Prices may change without notice, as well as the information in the catalog. Illustrations, diagrams, or colors are provided for reference only and may vary. Despite our controls, pricing errors may occur. Please contact us for verification.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Failure to meet these times cannot justify cancellation or refund in any case.

Delivery

Goods are delivered ex-works and travel at the buyer's risk. Any anomalies regarding packaging or the product must be noted on the carrier's delivery note. Claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Packaging costs are included in transport fees. Unless otherwise instructed, Zard Exhaust will ship via its usual carrier, with shipping costs billed to the buyer.

Payment

Payments must comply with the conditions specified on the invoice. In case of delay, Zard Exhaust reserves the right to suspend ongoing deliveries and require advance payment for new orders.

Retention of Title

According to law n°90-335 of May 12, 1980, Zard Exhaust retains ownership of goods until full payment is received. In case of non-payment, Zard Exhaust reserves the right to reclaim the products. In case of disputes, the Commercial Court of La Roche-sur-Yon will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Warranty

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for two years from the purchase date. Approved exhausts benefit from this warranty, but it is void in case of product modifications (disassembly, removal of elements, etc.). Racing-use exhausts are not covered by the warranty.

Liability

Zard Exhaust accepts no liability for improper use of its products. Some items are not approved for use on public roads and should only be used for private purposes or on circuits. Approved products are clearly identified on the items themselves and in delivery documents. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.
